Banana Daiquiri

It’s a pure banana delight with a kick of rum. The combination of banana liqueur, fresh banana, lime juice and light rum gives it a classic sweet and sour daiquiri signature while finely pulverized ice turns it into a delicious frozen drink that you would never want to end.

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 1 serving
Glassware: Hurricane or Highball
Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) Bacardi Superior Rum
1 oz (30 ml) Crème de Banane Liqueur
1/2 oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
1 Peeled Banana, cut into small pieces
1 Banana Wheel or Whole Banana (For Garnishing)
1 cup Crushed Ice

Directions:

  1. Take blender jar and add first four ingredients and pulse into puree. Add crushed ice and blend until slushy like smoothie.
  2. Transfer everything into serving glass and garnish with a slit banana as shown in the photo.
  3. Serve banana daiquiri with a straw.

Tip:

  1. Add ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup if you find this drink to be too tangy.
