Prickly Pear Martini

Prickly pear syrup can be used to make many food items more delicious. It can also be used to make rare but delightful cocktail, prickly pear martini; it is a delicious mix of vodka, prickly pear syrup, orange liqueur and lemon juice.

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 1 serving
Glassware: Martini glass
60 ml (2 oz) Vodka
30 ml (1 oz) Prickly Pear Syrup
15 ml (1/2 oz) Cointreau
15 ml (1/2 oz) Lemon Juice
1 Maraschino Cherry
Ice Cubes


  1. Take all ingredients into cocktail shaker 2/3 filled with ice.
  2. Shake thoroughly to mix and chill them.
  3. Strain and pour vodka and prickly pear mixed drink into chilled martini glass, garnish with cherry and serve.
