Irish Russian Drink Recipe
This cocktail is a variation of Black Russian drink. In this Irish Russian drink recipe, splash of coca cola is added to vodka and coffee liqueur mix and then it is topped with stout beer.
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Serves: 1 serving
Glassware: Lowball Glass
| Ingredients: |
| 50 ml (1 2/3 oz ) Vodka |
| 20 ml (2/3 oz) Tia Maria or Kahlua |
| 1 splash Coca Cola |
| Guinness Stout |
Directions:
- Take chilled vodka in lowball glass. Add Tia Maria (Coffee Liqueur) in it and stir well.
- Add a splash of Coca Cola and fill up remaining empty glass with Guinness stout; serve.
Tips and Variations:
- Care must be taken while adding Guinness Stout to make sure that excess foam is not built.
- All ingredients must be absolutely chilled for great result and flavor since this cocktail does not involve shaking ingredients in cocktail shaker as well as serving on the rocks.
Taste: Initial taste of coffee and strong-burnt flavor of stout.
Serving Ideas: Serve this cocktail straight up in parties or get-togethers as after dinner drink.
