White Cosmopolitan Recipe
This cocktail is as delicious as its tempting photo! It’s like an avatar of original cosmo in a new color – light, fruity and simply irresistible. Perfect for summer garden parties!
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Serves: 1 serving
Glassware: Coupette OR Large Martini
| Ingredients: |
| 1½ oz (45 ml) Absolut Vodka |
| 1½ oz (45 ml) Cointreau |
| 2½ oz (75 ml) White Cranberry Juice |
| 2/3 oz (20 ml) Fresh Lime Juice |
| 1 Orange Wedge (For Garnishing) |
| Ice Cubes |
Directions:
- This cocktail tastes best when served in really really chilled glass. Put serving glass in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
- Measure all ingredients and pour them in the mixing glass. Add Ice cubes until it is 2/3rd full.
- Give a thorough shake to chill the drink and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Garnish white cosmopolitan with orange wedge and serve. (Rim the glass with salt-sugar mix before pouring chilled drink into it for extra fun.)
