Bellini Martini Recipe
This martini style adaptation of classic bellini cocktail is an absolute bliss in every sip. Peach bellini martini with champagne is a delicious medley of vodka, peach nectar, peach schnapps and champagne. Glassware: Martini Glass.
| Ingredients: |
| 60 ml (2 oz) Vodka |
| 30 ml (1 oz) Peach Nectar |
| 30 ml (1 oz) Peach Schnapps |
| 30 ml (1 oz) Champagne |
| 1 teaspoon Lime Juice |
| 1 Lime twist |
| Ice Cubes |
Directions:
- Put ice cubes in cocktail shaker until 2/3 full of its capacity.
- Measure all Bellini martini ingredients and pour over ice in cocktail shaker. Do not add lime twist in cocktail shaker.
- Shake for approx 20 to 30 seconds to mix and chill all ingredients.
- Strain and pour chilled mixed drink into chilled martini glass, garnish with lime twist and serve.
